I have worked for the GÅRDSHUSET URSVIK project (multistorey building) during the last two months and DID NOT GET PAID appropriately:((( These people are real trust breakers and a shameful unsafe building with cotracts with companies like Consto AB...SHAME!!!
"BIG THANKS" to CEO Kris Dreviņš and Fredrik H for paying me less than 10 euro an hour for helping them run 2 building projects.. (i believe this is ILLEGAL in Sweden 🤔)
I had to run around people (being responsible, experienced adult, and Site Supervisor, with nearly 30 years of building experience) clean and provide workers with the safety measures necessary to the best of my ability and did a lot of days of carpenter's work, etc...I thought peole would learn and adapt my work ethics and quality...After a month of my hard work thay said THANK YOU (which is not enough without money) and farewell...
On my last day of work there 1st of May, I nearly CALLED THE POLICE to be able to leave site (I was trapped and was not allowed to leave untill I called the big "boss" and mentionedmy immediate intentionto call police for my rescue😡😡)
UNFAIR DISMISSAL for sure, but who would want to work with them!?🤔
(In one of the pictures, you can see the "workmanship" of the foreman there, where he made and "shutteing" for the window in the concrete wall. 😏😏😏HOW is that gonna come out of?!! (Just weakend the concrete structure permanently!!!..)
