If you are the person in charge of operations in Sweden, I kindly request that you contact me as soon as possible.

The situation has become critical. I represent a multimillion-euro company, and due to unfulfilled promises and ongoing delays from your employees, we are currently losing approximately €50,000 per month. What’s more concerning is that we see no clear path forward.

We are unable to open a bank account because the company we purchased has not yet been legally transferred to our name. As a result, no bank is willing to open an account — they require director information, which we are unable to provide because it has not been shared with us. We are completely stuck, and this is preventing us from launching our operations in Sweden.

Had I been informed of the real timeline and potential complications at the start, I would have either pursued legal action or worked with another provider. We trusted your team’s assurances, and this delay is now causing severe disruption to our business and expansion plans.

I urge you to treat this matter as highly urgent and resolve it immediately.

I had extremely bad experience with 1office. I later realize they overcharge, have no intention or interest of helping customer but rather try to milk as much as possible. They didn't close the service property and I ended up paying another 1000 eu to some other firms they were responsible to interact. In general horrible horrible experience.

They are not the professionals I was expecting.
1. The start was good they responded fast but then Krityna Novakova started working with us ... she is not a professional who are willing to solve customer problems and help with their tasks.
2. I am thankful to Katlin Sestverk who responded to our questions and help us resolve some issues.
3. Tax consultation wasn't good enough for me. I wanted video consultation but they sent me an invoice without explaining how the consultation will proceed and only send me emails where probably asked some GPT...

Probably I wasn't lucky to work with the professional team.

For the future users - just be insistent to ask what's included in you offer before pay the invoices they sent you.
